Delete your Khydmati account
You can permanently delete your Khydmati account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how — whether or not you still have the app installed.
Delete your account from the app

Open the Khydmati app and sign in.

Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation.

Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.

Confirm by tapping Delete in the dialog that appears.
Your account is deleted immediately. This action is irreversible.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, phone number, and profile photo
- Saved properties, including addresses, access notes, and photos
- Demands you've posted and proposals you've submitted or received
- Confirmed deals, in-app chat messages, and voice notes
- Invoices and commission records
- Favorites and notifications
- Your cleaner verification (KYC) status, if applicable
What may be retained
A review you've written about another user, or received from one, may be kept in an anonymized form (no longer linked to your name) so that other users' rating history stays accurate.
We may retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Can't access the app anymore?
If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, email us at services@craftworks.ma from the address on file, or include the phone number registered to your account, and ask us to delete your account.
We use that information only to locate and verify your account, and will confirm by email once your account and data have been deleted — within 30 days at the latest.
